Golden Autumn

Hello!
The autumn is coming and the foliage is turning red and yellow and you are just surrounded by explosions of warm colours! This has to be celebrated, right?
So we do.
First I painted my nails with plain yellow polish by p2, then added two coats of p2 lemon drop from LE Summer Attack (hmm, kind of wrong name here...) and sponged over it some orange, red and light-light green. I tried to keep the sponged colours very subtle.
And then I stamped with Yves Rocher Brun cuivré and MoYou mother nature 07.
It turned out better then I expected.
Some nice red leaves:

Yellow... Honey!

Hello Beauties!

Today's theme is stamping over yellow base. And I have got the perfect chance to try out the new mini polish by Misslyn 103 mangolicious - warm yellow nuance.
I think that colour is close to the honey and I selected some images for the honeycomb, honeybees and honey flowers.
Here we are with honeycomb from BM-422, fat bee from Winstonia W202, flowers from MoYou Princess-08 and bee and a flower from QA3 (though not sure, if it's the correct number. It was a plate with Pooh).

Dress Code Happy

This was a haul from p2 limited edition "Dress Code Happy". 040 Green  Garden is lime yellow sand polish with pearly gloss. The matching party are pearls (or caviar pearls).

To feel more summer freshness let's add same citrus slices:

It is Bundle Monster BM-308.

Candy Shock and Easter Eggs

Now even if the real spring doesn't seem to come to Germany, the polish manufacturer are competing to release more and more of new colours and limited editions. Apparently one of the new trends is tender colours, pastel tones and the like.
I couldn't resist these two:
They belong to the SOFT NAIL LACQUER LIMITED EDITION CANDY SHOCK. The pic above was taken in artificial light, the one down there - in the day light, which represent colours more truthfully.
First I tried out C04 Vanilla Love. The polish is very tender pastel yellow (you might even say vanilla colour) with fine yellow or goldish shimmering. One coat applied:
It looks somewhat transparent. It is also recommended to apply two coats. Two coats cover the nail pretty well. Artificial light makes the colour look more intense. But we don't wear polish only by daylight, do we?
Once more in daylight:
And I hope here the shimmer could be seen, at least in the bottle:
Such lovely background could not be wasted by leaving it plain. Since Easter monday isn't over I need more eggs and bunnies!

A new technique

Day 17 of Laid Back 31 Day Challenge - A new technique
Well, I found water marbling amazing when other people do it on tutorials. But my trial is not that pretty. God knows how much polish I used for experimenting, what colours/ polishes would work and how to create some kind of good patterns... *sigh* The only thing I discovered so far, that among not expensive polishes the best choice would be p2 and misslyn, then some colours by catrice and essence would also work. Metallics and other polishes with glitters are generally bad for water marbling.

So and here is my miserable failure with egg colours since we have Easter today. White is snow-white by misslyn, and yellow polish is p2 Color Victim 790 summer to go!
