Kind of victorian

Hello!
I  dug out a light pinkish lavender colour by Catrice from LE Candyshock (C01 I Scream: Ice Cream!), which I didn't wear long enough.
The tourist collection 03 by MoYou London has images you would associate with Paris, but it has also some stripes-laces and lady-in-a-frame images. I used them for this look. Not sure, if that would be called victorian...

I stamped with essie Smokin' hot.

Pastels

Hey ho and all heil spring!

The sping came this year early, even our sakuras have ceased blooming, although they usually bloom about middle of April. Anyway the mood is springlike and AiS (FB group Adventure in Stamping) challenges us to use pastel tones today.

And here we are:
Butterflies and butterfly wings (Bundle Monster BM-424 and BM-307) with several Catrice LE's and grey stamping colour by essence.

Unfortunately the grey contour is slightly translucent, and I noticed it clearly only on pictures :((.

Green

The theme green from the GOT Polish Challenge.
I wanted to participate all the time, but the timing was far from being perfect and I did miss it every week. But this time...
I have got some nice green shades, and the oldest of them is the lightest pastel green color with silver mini-glitter. It's Grunge me tender! from the essence limited edition floral Grunge.

The next stripe is catrice Green Days (limited edition Hip Trip).
Over the middle intense green I placed the stripes made in decal technique with chrome light green by Artdeco and also long time owned Voyeuristic Green by alessandro. The image is from Bundle Monster BM-306.

Borders are decorated with green striping tape.

Weihnachtsfeier

Junge, Junge, ich bin schon so lange dabei im Unternehmen, aber erst dieses Jahr durfte ich die Weihnachtsfeier miterleben. Da unsere Firma mächtig auf den Sparkurs geht, war dieses Mal alles bescheiden. Was mich natürlich nicht davon abhalten konnte, die Pracht von Gold und Glitzer auf meine Nägel zu bringen.
Gerade dazu passend sind die Pailletten oder sequins von der limitierten Edition "Feathers & Pearls" von Catrice. Sie bestehen aus sehr feinen runden Glitterpartikeln und aus normalgroßen Hexagonen. Es gab diese Pailletten in Gold und Schwarz.

Man, I am already that long in the company, but I was allowed to be on the Christmas Party first time this year. Because our firma is on austerity course, the party of this year was kind of modest. But I could not but create luxuriousness of gold and glitzer and on my nails.
Recently I bought some products of Limited Edition "Feather & Pearls" by catrice. Gold and black sequins are the perfect choice for the Christmas Party. They consist from very small round glitter particles and normal sized hexagons.

Dazu passend ist auch der Nagellack C05 Runnig Wild von der gleichen Serie - schwarz mit Mikroglitter.

The polish C05 Runnig Wild of the same LE series is matching the sequins. It's black with tiny silvery glitter.

Von der gleichen Serie habe ich noch C01 Flapper Style und die namengebende Perlen, die fürs Kleben am Körper, aber ich denke, es geht auch mit den Nägeln. Die Perlen sind nicht flach, daher wird die Maniküre damit so ziemlich voluminös.

I've got two other products from the series: polish C01 Flapper Style and the eponymous pearls. They are supposed to be worn on your body, but I guess they would do also on the nails. You have to keep in mind they are not flat and could easely drop away.

Aber zurück zu unseren Schafen, also Nägeln. Ich habe den Akzentnagel mit Glitz and Glamour von Orly lackiert und tauchte die Nagelspitze in die goldenen Pailletten.

But let's return to our muttons, id est nails. I've painted the accent nail with Glitz and Glamour by Orly and dipped the nail tip in the golden sequins.

Den Rest habe ich mit dem Runnig Wild lakiert und den Mittelfinger in die schwarzen Pailletten eingetunkt.

All other nails are painted with Running Wild and I dipped the middle finger nail into the black sequins, this time full nail.

Catrice Celtica

Haul of the day! It's still "Preview" on the homepage of Catrice, but the new limited series "Celtica" is out! Found it today in "Müller" and I just had to snatch them up. Not everything, but some nice shades of lilac and light lavender.

Catrice brought some new for them nail art stuff: flake. I expected them to be fine and small, but the flakes look like broken mother of pearl, and they are pretty large (unlike the things in the video on catrice homepage) and thick.

I've got two shades from four: C04 LOVEnder - light lavender tone with very small glitter particles:

and C01 Paralilac - obscure lilac with shimmer and fine glitter particles as well.

Two coats of polish are enough to cover the nail.

Catrice suggests to sprinkle the flakes over still wet polish or dip fresh painted nails into jar with flakes. I tried to pile on with them:

It looks interesting, but I don't think the ring finger will survive the showering tomorrow.

Candy Shock and Easter Eggs

Now even if the real spring doesn't seem to come to Germany, the polish manufacturer are competing to release more and more of new colours and limited editions. Apparently one of the new trends is tender colours, pastel tones and the like.
I couldn't resist these two:

They belong to the SOFT NAIL LACQUER LIMITED EDITION CANDY SHOCK. The pic above was taken in artificial light, the one down there - in the day light, which represent colours more truthfully.

First I tried out C04 Vanilla Love. The polish is very tender pastel yellow (you might even say vanilla colour) with fine yellow or goldish shimmering. One coat applied:

It looks somewhat transparent. It is also recommended to apply two coats. Two coats cover the nail pretty well. Artificial light makes the colour look more intense. But we don't wear polish only by daylight, do we?

And I hope here the shimmer could be seen, at least in the bottle:

Such lovely background could not be wasted by leaving it plain. Since Easter monday isn't over I need more eggs and bunnies!

Easter Eggs

Е-ей! Заўтра будзе каталіцкі Вялікдзень. Куды не паглядзішь, трапіш на зайчыкаў, яйкі і куранятак. Чамусьці ў Эўропе засталіся папулярнымі паганскія сімвалы, можа стацца, што Саус Парк мае рацыю ў сваем тлумачэнні зайцоў на Вялікдзень. Праўда - яна як вядома недзе побач.
Некалькі тыдняў таму я набыла шаблоны серыі "Вясновы час" ад Nailways (галандскі онлайн-шоп). Зараз самы час карыстацца імі!

Yeah, Easter! But the catholic one. There are bunnies and eggs and chickens everywhere...
For some time I got the Spring Time set of stamping plates by Nailways. Today it was a perfect day to use it.

Я зноў ухапілася за лак з "гелевым выглядам" ад p2. Гэтак ён яшчэ зробіцца маім улюбёным лакам... Цёмна-сіні колер добра спалучаецца з залатым (Catrice Goldfinger), які я ўзяла для акцента на безыменным пальцы. Я настэмпіла на сярэдні палец вялікае яйка золатам. Узор сам па сабе вельмі вялікі і не змяшчаецца цалкам на маіх пазногцях. Але большая частка такі змяшчаецца, так што можна лёгка распазнаць "размаляванае" яйка. Безыменны палец я настэмпіла другім узорам (дождж з вялікодных яек) тым жа сінім лакам.

So I resorted once again to the "gel like looking" polish by p2. It combines perfectly with gold (Catrice Goldfinger). I stamped the middle finger nail with a big patterned egg. The pattern itself is too big for my nails, but the most part of it could be still placed on so that you can recognize the EGG. And my ring finger is painted with gold, but stamped with the same blue polish.

Я не задаволена маім фотаапаратам. Тут можно ўбачыць розніцу, калі здымаць пры дзённым святле.

I am not really satisfied with my camera. :( You can see the difference in the daylight.

Stamping

Day 14 of Laid Back 31 Day Challenge - Stamping

Yeah, stamping!
I've tried this combination already, and I think chocolate color and copper look good together. This time both polishes belong to Catrice: 720 Bruno Brownani with its intense choco-brown tone and 870 Copper Cabana (does exactly what it says on the tin :) ).

The lovely pattern comes from KONAD plate m70.

St. Patrick's Day

The St. Patrick's Day is today, and that means GREEN is the king!

I've got some fake O.P.I. Gargantuan Green Grape :( It's just another shade of light green as I've seen it in the shops. Cheap ebay-deal from Hongkong... It's still a good colour anyway.
So I used it for all my nails except the accent nail. For the latter one I used Catrice C05 Planet Tokyo (limited edition Neo Geisha - I don't know who created this series, but to tell the truth, I can't assosiate any of the offered colours with geishas, because they include very intense colours of violet, green and so on).And I really had to use my new plates from nailsways Spring collection.

Then I thought it isn't enogh and added some glittering polish to the leaves and some white (and black) glitter to the base.

Catrice Siberian Call Rest In The Forest

Выпадкова набыла яшчэ адзін лак із калекцыі "Гуканне Сібіры" з назвай, якая нагадвае казку "Марозка", дзе дзяўчына, пакінутая ў зімовым лесе, трапіць на Марозка і робіць выгляд, што ёй не халодна і яна "адпачывае".  Гэты лак названы "Адпачынак ў лесе" ("Rest In The Forest"). Лак празрысты з ружоваватым шымерам. 

Just by chance I bought another polish from the collection Siberian Call. It's called "Rest In The Forest" -yeah, funny name. :) It reminded me of a Russian fairy tail "Morozko", where a girl is abandoned to the winter forest, then she meets Jack Frost and pretends to be warm and relaxed.

The colour is like the one of "Sky and Snow", also sheer with shimmer in more pinkish tones.

Зноў ішоў снег, так што Сібір гукае літаральна аж да Нямеччыны. :)

It snowed once again, so "Siberian Call" is literally present here. :)

Я дадала яшчэ некалькі слаёў, каб закрыць пазногці цалкам. І каб было больш зімова настэмпіла зорачкі з шаблону Sugar bubbles store Special 02.

I added some more layers, maybe there were 5 or more to cover nails completely.
A bit more snowing or star-snowing with Sugar bubbles store Special 02:

Каб атрымаць далікатны і непразрысты бэзавы колер я змяшала белы лак для стэмпінгу з проста ліловы лак.

For the stamping I mixed white stamping polish with some lilac - it produced very tender shade of lilac which was not lucent:

Думаю, што "Адпачынак ў лесе" будзе таксама добра выглядаць і паверх якога-небудзь колера.

I guess "Rest In The Forest" also looks well as a top coat.

Gold

A little bit later than it was planned I could do the next step of the laid back 31 days challenge.

The theme was gold, and the first polish I think in terms of gold is Glitz and Glam by Orly.

But just golden colour is a bit boring, so I wanted to add something. I painted the tips black and covered it with Smoky Top Coat

And then we go to another shade of gold - by Catrice (Goldfinger), which I used to stamp the stripes over black. Unfortunately it went not that ideally even as I hoped. :(

Stripes are from the Cheeky plate CH24.

Heaven on Earth

Сёння на мае пазногці спусцілася неба - "Неба на Зямлі", так называецца адзін з лакаў "Місслін" нямецкай фірмы ICB innovative cosmetic brands GmbH. Іх сайт знаходзіцца тут. Па кошту лак не самы дарагі, але з амаль што 5 еура і не самы танны. Фірма сцвярджае, што суадносіны цаны і якасці ў іх найлепшыя. Неяк трэба будзе спытаць, колькі часу ўтрымаецца гэты лак на маіх пазногцях без адслойвання.
 
Today I have got "Heaven on Earth" or on my nails :)

It's a polish Misslyn by a German company ICB innovative cosmetic brands GmbH. Can be found here. The price for Misslyn polishes is 4,85€. Not much, but not as cheap as Essence. They claim to offer the best cost/performance ratio. Someday I'll let that polish on my nails and see how long woult it be able to stay without chipping.

It's light blue matte colour like baby-blue.

На наступных фатаграфіях я скарэктавала баланс белага, але не магу з упэўненасцю сказаць, што яны перадаюць сапраўдны колер на ўсе 100%. 

On these pictures I corrected the white balance, but I am still not sure if it shows the shade 100% true.

Then I wanted to try out the polish from the Catrice collection Siberian Call over a light base. And here we are:

Тэматычна ўзгоднены ўзор аздобіць акцэнтны пазногаць: шаблон для стэмпінгу Sugar bubbles store special 02. Калі Сібір, то павінны быць маразы і іней на вокнах. 

And for an accent nail I took a stamping plate with the matching theme like frost on window. Sugar bubbles store special 02.
